Goods that have had their labels removed/worn/washed

Special offer items, clearance items and customized items

If the goods you receive have quality problems (such as damage, serious defects) or the wrong goods are sent, please provide the following materials to the customer service email within 48 hours after signing for the goods:

📸 should be accompanied by: ① Order number ② clear photo/video of faulty product ③ detailed description of the problem

We will verify and provide you with a solution (such as reissue or discount compensation).
